Dr. Rashmi Aggarwal is a Dean of Commerce (UG Program) at Chitkara University, Chandigarh, India. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of commerce and management. She is a PhD in Management from Singhania University and has a M.Phil in Business/Commerce from Himachal Pradesh University. She is also a certified trainer in Leading with Stories, Leading without Formal Authority, Defining and Achieving Professional Goals, Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365), and Proven Success Strategies for Women at Work. Dr. Aggarwal has published several research papers in journals and conferences. Her research interests include accounting, public relations, and teaching management. She is a recipient of several awards, including the Excellence Award. She is a member of the American Accounting Association and the Indian Accounting Association.
