During office hours, the system monitors employee locations, logs entry and exit times, calculates attendance percentages, and detects overtime events. Built using a robust technology stack that includes Spring Boot, Hibernate, Thymeleaf, and WebSocket, the system ensures seamless and real-time communication with minimal delays. Although effective, limitations such as GPS accuracy and battery consumption remain.
