presents a state-of-the-art GPS-based system, GeoWorkTrack, for employee&#xD;
monitoring and attendance management. The system automates attendance tracking,&#xD;
enhances workforce oversight, and promotes productivity through the use of&#xD;
real-time location data and geofencing technologies. During office hours, the&#xD;
system monitors employee locations, logs entry and exit times, calculates&#xD;
attendance percentages, and detects overtime events. Built using a robust&#xD;
technology stack that includes Spring Boot, Hibernate, Thymeleaf, and&#xD;
WebSocket, the system ensures seamless and real-time communication with minimal&#xD;
delays. Although effective, limitations such as GPS accuracy and battery&#xD;
consumption remain. This solution is versatile and applicable across multiple&#xD;
sectors, including corporate monitoring, field service management, and military&#xD;
applications.</p>
<kwd-group kwd-group-type="author"><kwd>GPS tracking</kwd><kwd> employee monitoring</kwd><kwd> geofencing</kwd><kwd> real-time updates</kwd><kwd> attendance management.</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement>This research received no external funding.
