The purpose of this paper is to give a comprehensive analysis of the various chemical structures and distinct mechanisms of action they possess. This study investigates the potential therapeutic applications of these substances, including their antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, the paper covers the difficulties that have arisen throughout their development, such as problems with supply, complicated synthesis, and worries about stability. In addition, the possibilities of transforming these molecules into clinically effective medications via biotechnological methods and joint research efforts are investigated. Because marine macrolides are capable of a wide variety of biological activities and have the potential to solve medical requirements that are now unfulfilled, they are an essential part of the pharmaceutical research industry. Marine macrolides provide a potentially fruitful path for creating novel therapies, particularly in light of the growing prevalence of antibiotic resistance and the ongoing need for various new anticancer medicines.}, DOI = {} }
