Digitalization offers agribusinesses tools to improve productivity, sustainability, and climate resilience. However, adopting digital technologies brings governance challenges, particularly regarding data security, equitable access, and environmental accountability. This paper explores how agribusiness governance is evolving in response to the intersection of digitalization and climate challenges. It investigates the role of policy frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and emerging technologies in fostering responsible and inclusive agribusiness practices. The findings suggest that holistic governance approaches are essential for maximizing the benefits of digital agribusiness while mitigating the risks posed by climate change.</p>
<kwd-group kwd-group-type="author"><kwd>Agribusiness</kwd><kwd> Digitalization</kwd><kwd> Governance</kwd><kwd> Climate Change</kwd><kwd> Sustainability</kwd><kwd> Policy Frameworks</kwd><kwd> Technology</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement>This research, including authorship and publication, did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or non-profit sectors.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back>
<title>Data Availability</title><p>Data sharing is not applicable to this article.</p>
<title>Conflicts of Interest</title><p>The authors declare no conflicts of interest related to this study.</p>
<title>Authors&#x2019; Contributions</title><p>The author alone is responsible for the study's conception, design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and manuscript preparation.</p>
<title>Funding Statement</title><p>This research, including authorship and publication, did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or non-profit sectors.</p>
<title>software-information</title><p>This research did not utilize any specific software or tools.</p>
<ack><title>Acknowledgments</title><p>I appreciate the support and expertise of everyone who contributed to this research and manuscript writing, as well as the insightful comments from anonymous reviewers.</p></ack><ref-list content-type="authoryear"><ref id="1"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>-</p></element-citation></ref></ref-list></back></article>
