downloading behaviours was used in this research, which included learners&#xD;
studying online at a small-regional public institution. Aimed at different&#xD;
business courses, the poll investigated industry pricing, views towards&#xD;
downloading music legally and illegally, demographics, and litigation threats.&#xD;
While not fully generalisable, the results indicate that music piracy is&#xD;
widespread across U.S. campuses. The study also delves into forecasting methods&#xD;
used by E-Commerce firms, revealing a preference for non-quantitative&#xD;
techniques and assessing the accuracy of sales forecasts. Legal implications&#xD;
surrounding music piracy and the liability of servers or software distributors&#xD;
are also discussed, highlighting ongoing legal debates and industry responses.</p>
<kwd-group kwd-group-type="author"><kwd>Music Downloading</kwd><kwd> Online Survey</kwd><kwd> University Students</kwd><kwd> E-Commerce</kwd><kwd> Legal Implications</kwd><kwd> Forecasting Methods</kwd><kwd> Piracy</kwd><kwd> Demographics</kwd><kwd> Attitudinal Analysis</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement>The authors did not receive any specific grants from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or non-profit sectors for the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back>
<title>Data Availability</title><p>Not applicable</p>
<title>Conflicts of Interest</title><p>All authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest.</p>
<title>Authors&#x2019; Contributions</title><p>The author confirms sole responsibility for the following: study conception and design, data collection, analysis and interpretation of results, and manuscript preparation.</p>
<title>Funding Statement</title><p>The authors did not receive any specific grants from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or non-profit sectors for the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article.</p>
<title>software-information</title><p>Not applicable</p>
<ack><title>Acknowledgments</title><p>I thank the following individuals for their expertise and assistance in all aspects of our study and for their help in writing the manuscript.
