It is vital to nurture and provide them with opportunities for advancement. It is necessary to grant women chances in these domains to facilitate the development of their competencies and abilities. Priorities should be established to facilitate access to top-tier education and opportunities for lucrative jobs. Upholding the notion of gender balance in advantages and rights is imperative. Moreover, it is pivotal to eliminate all forms of prejudice. For those residing in rustic and indigenous areas, artisanal crafts and agriculture are the primary sources of income, and women are indispensable to these industries. Consequently, their contributions are crucial to maintaining their societies' practical living standards intact. It is apparent that valuing the expertise and skills of these women and ensuring they have equal access to opportunities and rights is not merely a matter of equality but also of advancing the community. The current study explores women's pivotal role in the progress of rural and tribal communities and cultures, the behaviours these women exhibit in these contexts, and the societal barriers that these women must overcome.                }, DOI = {} }
